In accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), we want to inform you that our organisation requires personal data (name, surname, e-mail address, telephone number, CNP, id series and number, address) to enrol and participate in the courses or events you are subscribing to, as well as to keep you up to date with our events.

By registering on our site you expressly and unequivocally agree that your personal data will be processed by the Montessori Institute of Bucharest Association (AMIB).

AMIB guarantees compliance with the rights conferred by Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) on the processing of personal data: right to information, right of access to data, right to data interference, right of opposition, the right not to be subject to an individual decision, the right to decline the processing of personal data, the right to appeal to the courts. These rights may be exercised by means of a written and signed request, which will be sent by post to: Bucharest, District 1, 2-4 Dragoslavele Street, 1st Floor, Postal Code 011024.
